Unit D 15 is on the ground floor of D block, Parkhall Trading Estate which is accessed through the car park at the corner of Tritton Road and Martell Road. You are welcome to visit our workshop to discuss your furniture or interior furnishing requirements.

Christopher Pett founded Pli in 2003.

Christopher Pett founded Pli in 2003.

Christopher Pett founded Pli in 2003. He’s responsible for business development, research, partnerships and finance. Before starting to make bamboo and wood furniture by hand in 2003, Christopher spent 6 months in Australia and India researching bamboo growing and process techniques. Since then he’s specialised in developing new concepts for sustainable product design and manufacture.

Alex Whitney

Alex Whitney

Alex Whitney is a product designer, with a Bachelor of Design from Massey University, New Zealand. He has worked in the furniture industry since 2004 for Formway Furniture Ltd, where he developed a desking system now licensed to Bretford, a partner of Herman-Miller. He currently is living in London, where he has been working at Pli Design Ltd since November 2007.
